Returns & Exchanges
At Shell Lumber and Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all accessories and manuals. Please note that custom-cut lumber and special orders are non-refundable.
- 2.Gather Documentation
Locate your original sales receipt or order confirmation email. A valid proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges to be processed at the service desk.
- 3.Visit the Store
Bring your item and documentation to our customer service counter. For online orders, you may also contact our support team to initiate a return shipment if you are unable to visit us in person.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card processing may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
